Dialect by Aristar, Inc. is an general-purpose, object oriented programming language with GUI and network support. It is an interpreter that runs on Windows 9.x / NT and Windows CE (HPC and PPC) platforms. The source (.d) and bytecode (.dc) files are compatible among the platforms. Dialect is free under the Apache license and available on SourceForge.

authors to share and users to find dialect programs on the web. Authors
with an own web space should store their contributions on their website
and add a link to them in the Index. Authors without web space can send their
contributions to me and I will put them on my website.

Ewe by www.ewesoft.com is a Java implementation with a strong but small GUI that is intended to work also on small devices like PDAs. There is a native VM for many plattforms, e.g. Windows, Windows CE, Linux. For not directly supported plattforms, the Ewe VM can be started as standard Java application.
